Goal

TAG wants it’s TAG PM courses to be given by qualified and experienced project management trainers. Our TAG Certified Trainers need to participate in our regular TAG PM courses and pass the exams with at least 67% of the available marks. After achieving this the trainer needs to participate in our 5-day train the trainer program. At the end of the program the trainer is assessed by our TAG PM Lead Trainer.

Participants

This course is suitable for project management professionals with at least 5 years project management experience who want to give our TAG PM training courses. Pre-requisite is that the participant has participated in our TAG PM Foundation and Practioner courses and have passed the exams with at least 67% of the available marks.

Course description

The TAG PM Certified Trainer course is a 5 day program. During the first 3 days the trainer learns general training skills. During the fourth day the Lead Trainer goes through the TAG PM materials and trainer notes. The fifth day is used to give presentations and to do the assessment with the Lead Trainer. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises are done in small groups. Every participant receives access to our online learning environment and our TAG PM Certified Trainer manual with trainer notes.
